Be Your Own Reader : Developing Your Intimate Relationship with the Tarot

A weekend in the woods devoted to exploring and developing your own magic through the lens of Tarot. Everyone has psychic gifts and intuition just begging to talk to them. The biggest question is always but how to do I do it? And what does it all mean? This weekend is to clarify your own gifts, what your psychic language is and how to relate that to Tarot.

The best readers Tarot readers are the ones who harness their own psychic language, thoroughly explore it and have their own relationship to the deck. We will spend the weekend exploring different psychic gifts and languages, how to utilize tarot to channel, and creating your own Major Arcana to amplify your magic. The goal is to emerge from the weekend really clear as to what your intuitive style is and a working knowledge of tarot to continue honing it at home.

The weekend promises plenty of magic, relaxation, and psychic exploration. It’s also right before a full moon so there might be some howling as well.

Tarot for the Self

Tarot for the Self

Tarot is a powerful tool for self-reflection, but what about boosting self-esteem and connecting to your inner core? Tarot is so powerful for revealing unseen potential and beautiful gifts, but all it's PR is about being direct and almost parental. That's what we project on to Tarot, but really it offers way more valuable information. This workshop will cover techniques for strengthening the ability to read for your self with a focus on how loving acceptance versus self improvement. We'll cover techniques for maintaining objectivity when reading for the self, spreads for connecting to the inner self and boosting intuition, and do some channeled writing exercises to more deeply connect to the deck and self. Participants will also read for both themselves and each other. Open to all levels, but a basic knowledge of the deck would be helpful. Please bring a deck, and a notebook.

Tarot to You : A Tarot Mentorship

Tarot is a compassionate mirror that allows deep self inquiry and clarity. It also tends to point out a whole lot of things we sometimes are afraid to see, or tend to ignore.

What if we realized all of our pieces, and facets are okay? What if we were able to accept all of these pieces of our inner self, just the way they are? Tarot is a powerful tool for self acceptance, as it speaks to the human experience and emphasizes that we all have these qualities and traits within us.

This course is part personal psychic development, Tarot 101, and a safe container for self acceptance. Each participant will receive a workbook for the course, have access to a group for daily card pulls and feedback, and light homework assignments to deepen study between sessions. This course is for those who want to read for themselves, gaining an incredible tool for self development, or for those who want to progress to professional reading.

If you have to miss a class don’t sweat it, a make up class or recording can be provided. Participants should bring a tarot deck, notebook and their willingness to dive on in and ride the tarot wave.

Level Suggested: Basic Knowledge of the Tarot is recommended for this course. If you feel past Tarot 101, but still don’t feel like you get it, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Week 1: Intuitive Gifts Induction Ceremony What are your gifts? What are your blocks? Participants will journey in meditation, aided by sound and reiki to meet their tarot guides and receive more clarity and insight into their psychic gifts. They’ll also ask their guides for a ceremony to perform to release their blocks. After we will discuss different psychic gifts and how to amplify and work with them, claiming one to really work with for the duration, and any questions regarding the downloads received. We’ll discuss how to know if it’s your intuition or brain, and how to channel.

Week 2: The Majors, Archetypes and Which One Are You All things Major. We’ll discuss the Majors and participants will pick a Major to work with they feel connected to, and one that challenges them. We’ll review ways to connect to the majors when it feels difficult, and how to simplify that connection. We’ll discuss how to be open to the majors that feel a bit sticky and why they might spark the reactions they do. The clearer you are on your relationship to the cards the better you can distill their meanings. This is a chance to get clear on the key players of the Arcana.

Week 3: Minors Breaking down the minors. What do the numbers, suits, elements and cards mean? A touch of a break from deep inquiry for tarot nuts and bolts this week. How to easily memorize the deck to boost your intuitive confidence.

Week 4: The Courts Are they people in our lives or not? All things court card related. ID’ing which court card we identify with and which one feels like an alien, learning how to distill info from any of them.

Week 5: Spreads, Reading Styles + Best Practices After weeks of learning, now to reading. How to create your own spreads, how to link the cards and build a narrative, and tools for feeling more confident reading for yourself or others. Participants will also practice reading for each other.

Week 6: Tarot Boundaries Whether it’s reading for others or yourself how to have healthy supportive boundaries. When to read, or not read. Who to read for or refuse. How to feel good deepening your practice. The truth of the matter is most people get tired of just reading for themselves and will want to read for others, we will cover how to navigate expanding your reading practice.

Week 7: Closing Ceremony + A Surprise! We’ll end how we began. Journeying in meditation to see how your psychic gifts have changed and how you can continue to refine and strengthen these gifts as you continue your practice. I could tell you the rest of how the final class will close but where is the fun in that. Just trust it will be fun and the perfect close to our time together.

Tarot to You

We will be diving deeper and exploring way more in depth, but basic knowledge of the cards, and knowing what the Tarot is recommended. If you feel past Tarot 101, but still don’t feel like you get it, this might be the perfect fit for you.

FP: Crystal Visions

Intuitive Healer Anna Toonk has crafted a crystal experience to shrug of some stagnant energies from 2018 to shine bright in 2019.

The evening will begin with a mini lesson in using crystals to help remove blocks and how you can use them in your day to day life. Participants will get to choose from a variety of crystals which one they would like to work with.
